For two days – make that three – I’ve been without my connection at home, and I don’t care. Instead of digital traipsing I finished Freakonomics, did a NY Times crossword puzzle, wrote a proposal for work and watched “24”. Oh yeah, and I took a nap.
The techs at Time-Warner have actually been very nice, considering how much pressure they’re under to get their now-broken Internet system back up and running. My guy was pretty smart and we had a nice technical discussion. But the problems are still not resolved. Maybe tomorrow.
